These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the LodgeiT Affiliate Program ("Program"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Program Policies in Appendix A (together, the "Agreement"). If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
"LodgeiT", "we", "us" or "our" means LodgeiT Pty Ltd (ABN 98 146 732 569), the entity making the Program available and entering into this Agreement with you. "You" or "Affiliate" means the individual or entity participating in the Program.
1.1 Program name. The program is called the LodgeiT Affiliate Program. Participants are referred to as Affiliates.
1.2 Open participation. The Program is open to individuals and entities that meet these Terms. No specific profession is required.
1.3 Age and capacity. You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract.
1.4 No KYC. We do not conduct KYC as a condition of participation; however, we may request information reasonably necessary to administer the Program or comply with law.
2.1 Application. You must apply via our designated Program Portal on https://affiliates.lodgeit.net.au and maintain an active, accurate account. The Program Portal’s domain may change, and we will notify you of the then-current URL.
2.2 System of record. The Program Portal is the system of record for tracking referral clicks, conversions, commission calculations, and payout statements. In the event of conflict, Program Portal data controls.
2.3 Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
2.4 Provider and domain changes. We may change the underlying provider or domain of the Program Portal from time to time. Such changes will not affect your accrued rights. We will provide notice of material changes via the Program Portal or email.
3.1 Referral Link means the unique URL issued to you via the Program Portal for promoting LodgeiT.
3.2 Eligible Click means a click on a Referral Link that is validly recorded by the Program Portal and is not generated, assisted, or affected by any traffic source or conduct prohibited under this Agreement, including bots, fake traffic, forced clicks, automatic redirects, cookie stuffing, self-referrals, or prohibited paid search.
3.3 New User means a person who does not have an existing LodgeiT user account at the time of the last Eligible Click on your Referral Link. New User excludes any person or entity that LodgeiT reasonably determines is not genuinely new to LodgeiT, including where the same person, the same business, or the same controlling party previously held a LodgeiT account or previously created any organisation record within LodgeiT (including under a different email).
3.4 Organisation means an organisation record created within LodgeiT of the type designated by LodgeiT as a Business Entity Organisation in LodgeiT or the Program Portal, and excludes any organisation of the type designated by LodgeiT as a Tax/BAS Agent Organisation. For the purposes of this Agreement, an Organisation's type is determined by how that organisation is recorded in LodgeiT or the Program Portal at the time the organisation is created. A later reclassification does not affect commissions already accrued, except to correct manifest error, fraud, or abuse.
3.5 Qualified Conversion means when a New User creates a new Organisation within 180 days of the last Eligible Click on your Referral Link, where both the user sign-up and the Organisation creation occur using the same device and browser as that last Eligible Click (cross-device attribution is not supported).
