"LodgeiT", "we", "us" or "our" means the LodgeiT group company that makes the Program available. "You" or "Creator" means the individual or entity participating in the Program.
This Agreement sets out the terms under which the Creator may submit testimonial video content based on their genuine experience using LodgeiT, and outlines how rewards and referral commissions may be earned and paid.
The Creator agrees to record and submit one or more short videos, each between 30 and 60 seconds, sharing their real and honest experience using LodgeiT.
The Creator confirms that the content submitted is based solely on their own personal use of LodgeiT and reflects their genuine opinion.
Upon submission, the Creator agrees to provide LodgeiT with the original raw video file of the approved content. The raw file must be unedited, without filters, captions, music, or overlays, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Once a video is approved, the Creator must post the approved video on at least one of their own social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts.
Creators who wish to earn referral commission must apply to the official LodgeiT Affiliate Program and obtain their unique referral link via:
The Creator must include their unique LodgeiT referral link in the video caption, post description, or bio when posting the approved video.
LodgeiT may reuse, edit, or repost the Creator’s approved video and raw footage on its website, social media channels, advertising platforms, and other marketing materials for a period of six months from the approval date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
